Upside-Down House in Syzmbark, Poland, was designed by Daniel
Czapiewski with the intention of portraying the upheaval and
disorientation felt by the Polish population following the Communist
era. The unusual wall angles confused workers and caused the constuction
to take around 5 times longer than expected.[1]
"Bubbles" often visits my grandparents to be fed, though he belongs to their neighbours. He seems to spend most of his time staring at the ground and licking people's ankles, as cats do.
